Welcome to RavenVista! By using our website design services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide website design, development, and related services, which may include hosting, content integration, SEO setup, and ongoing support, depending on the scope of your project.

2. Project Process

• We begin with a consultation to understand your needs.
• You’ll receive a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost.
• Work begins after your approval and deposit (typically 50%).
• Revisions are limited to those specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, and any necessary credentials in a timely manner. Delays on your end may result in delayed delivery of the final product.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Work begins with a non-refundable deposit.
• The balance is due upon project completion, before going live.
• Late payments may pause or cancel the project.

5. Ownership & Rights

Once final payment is received, you own the finished website and any content you provided. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Unless you’ve purchased a maintenance package, updates, security, and backups are your responsibility post-launch.

7. Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change, but due to the time and resources involved in web development, all deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, billed at the agreed-upon rate.

We reserve the right to retain ownership of all design, code, and materials created until final payment is received.

8. Project Abandonment

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days during the project, the project will be considered abandoned. In such cases, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced immediately and must be paid in full, regardless of project completion status.

The non-refundable deposit will be retained, and RavenVista reserves the right to terminate the agreement and reallocate resources at our discretion. Resuming a paused or abandoned project may require a new timeline and additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

RavenVista is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use your site, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously and will never share your information or project details without your consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
